Stringent quality control checks are carried out at every stage
of production at our manufacturing facilities. Specialized quality
control personnel have been appointed to iron out any flaw in
the production process. The different stages where we exercise
Quality Control are Casting, Grinding/Lancering, Machining, which
covers Lathe and Drill operation, Polishing, Plating, Lacquering
and Packaging. Apart from this our QC extends to procurement of
raw materials and components. Test reports on alloy compositions,
testing of springs upto 100,000 mechanical cycles etc. are some
of our standard QC practices.
- Procedures/testing Details
The manufacturing unit employs strict quality control procedures,
at various stages of the manufacturing process, so as to maintain
superior quality always. The stages where quality control checks
are conducted are: Casting, Grinding/Lancering, Machining, which
covers Lathe and Drill operations, Polishing, Plating, Lacquering
and Packaging. Our quality control checks also extend themselves
to the process of selecting raw materials and components.
